UNBEATEN START
David Wright's side have made an unbeaten league start to the 2026/27 season, having won twice and drawn the other two of their opening four second tier games.
They currently sit third in the table after beating newly promoted Wolves 3-1 at home last weekend, but suffered their first defeat of the campaign in midweek.
The Tractor Girls fell to a late 1-0 defeat against WSL side London City Lionesses in the Subway Players Cup.

THE OPPOSITION
Stephen Healy's side secured their first victory of the season last weekend, with a 4-1 home win over Durham, having lost their opening three league games.
Forward Amy Andrews scored her first Blades hat-trick in that win, with the South Yorkshire outfit currently sitting ninth in the table.
They made headlines last month after they were thumped 10-1 by WSL side Manchester United in the cup. They made plenty of changes, but it was still a night to forget.
The two sides met three times last season, including in the FA Cup which Sheffield United won 2-1.

Sophie Peskett netted a brace, while Kenzie Weir and Maria Boswell were also on the scoresheet for the Blues.

PLAYED FOR BOTH
In the Blades squad are two players that had spells at Town. One is winger Ava Baker, who had initially re-joined the Blues on loan from Birmingham City in the summer, but her loan was terminated due to personal reasons and she signed for United on deadline day.
The other player is Welsh goalkeeper Poppy Soper, who enjoyed a loan spell at Town in 2023/24.
Aimee Palmer, who has impressed for the Tractor Girls since joining from Southampton in the summer, had a loan spell at Sheffield United from Manchester United in the 2019/20 season.
