Warne On Brentford Win | “All In All, A Good Night”
Paul Warne was delighted to see his Dons put on a show as Brentford U21s were defeated 7-1 in the Jersey Mike’s Trophy.
An Aaron Collins hat-trick and goals from Charlie Goode, Ibrahim Fullah, Sam Nombe and Simone Troso completed a convincing victory under the Stadium MK lights.
Warne said:
“We wanted to win the game, score goals and give confidence to our players, so in that respect we got a lot of those boxes ticked.”
“Goals are great for the team, for the players and the fans. Everyone wants to see goals and entertainment.”
