Aston Villa are reportedly well positioned if Endrick decides to leave Real Madrid on loan in the January transfer window.
BirminghamLive reported back in August that Villa were monitoring the Brazilian’s situation at Madrid during the final weeks of the summer transfer window.
Following discussions with Jose Mourinho, Endrick opted to remain at the Spanish giants in the hope of earning more consistent game time than he received last season, before heading to Lyon for the second half of the campaign.
Endrick made just three appearances for Madrid last season, coming off the bench in a league win against Valencia and a Champions League defeat to Manchester City, while starting in a Copa del Rey victory against CF Talavera.

He then made a stunning impact at Lyon, recording 16 goal involvements across the 21 games he played in Ligue 1, the Coupe de France and the Europa League.
Given his excellent form at Lyon and, in contrast, his lack of opportunities at the Bernabeu during the first half of the season, there was an expectation that Endrick would once again leave on loan.

Villa and AS Roma were both interested in taking him out of Spain for the duration of this season, yet despite being pushed back in their attempts, Endrick has played just four minutes of action so far this season under Mourinho.
Although he was injured for the first three games of the season, he did not come off the bench against Rayo Vallecano, Atletico Madrid or Inter in the Champions League.
His only appearance came against Elche, where he featured for just a few minutes at the end of the 3-2 victory.
Now, Cadena SER claim that Villa are one of the top contenders to sign him on loan in the January transfer window.
They report: “The option that's gaining traction at this point is Aston Villa: Unai Emery's team has set its sights on the Brazilian, and Endrick might prioritise playing in the Champions League if the Premier League side remains committed.”
