RSPCA Street Collection Ahead of Fulham and Portman Road Quiz
Thursday, 8th Oct 2026 15:30
The RSPCA Suffolk Branch is running a street collection around Portman Road ahead of Saturday’s game against Fulham from 1pm until 3pm and is also holding a charity sports quiz at Portman Road later in the month.
The RSPCA Suffolk Central branch exists to help animals across Suffolk with their Animal Centre in Martlesham able to care for more than 100 animals in need at any one time.
“Through our welfare clinics and financial assistance scheme we support nearly 3,000 people and pets annually by providing heavily subsidised veterinary treatment,” branch manager Terry Cleaver told TWTD.
“Everything we do is funded by the amazing support from our local community. Your support makes an incredible difference and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday. COYBs!”
Terry added: “We are always looking for enthusiastic animal-loving people to join our family of volunteers. Please take a look at the current available roles on our website or email us at volunteering@rspca-suffolkcentral.org.uk to discuss particular interests or skills that you would like to share with us. We look forward to welcoming you.”
RSPCA Suffolk Central is also staging a charity sports quiz at Portman Road on Thursday 29th October, full details here.
