Darryl Bakola has emerged as one of the most exciting players at Sassuolo, a club that regularly develops players who attract interest from bigger sides. Juventus have a strong history of doing business with Sassuolo, and the Bianconeri have now identified Bakola as their preferred target from the current Black and Greens squad.
Tuttomercatoweb reports that the Bianconeri have already made contact over a potential deal and believe the midfielder is ready to make the step up despite being only 18.
Bakola has made significant progress this season and is now attracting greater attention. Juventus are aware that failing to act could allow one of their rivals to move ahead of them and secure his signature.
Juventus make contact for Bakola
The report says a move to Turin in January is now a possibility, with Juventus keen to take advantage of the opportunity to bring Bakola into their squad during the next January transfer window as soon as possible.
Juventus also have another reason to believe the transfer could work. Bakola would reportedly be happy to move to Turin and believes he can establish himself at the club.

Bakola ready for the next step
The 18 year old would have to adapt quickly to the demands of Juventus, but the club believe their current approach to developing young players could help him make that transition.
Luciano Spalletti has shown plenty of faith in younger players when they demonstrate their quality in training and prove capable of adapting to his demands. That could give Bakola an opportunity if he completes the move.
They know his development has attracted attention, and they want to move before another club can secure the midfielder.
Bakola’s progress has made him an increasingly attractive target for Juventus, and Juventus now appear ready to push for his signature.
