October 9 – Real Madrid have signed Uber Eats as the club’s official delivery partner in Spain on a three-season deal running until mid-2029.
The agreement gives Uber Eats a presence at the Santiago Bernabéu and across Real Madrid’s digital channels. Real Madrid is among the most-followed clubs in the world on social media.
The two will develop joint campaigns, content and experiences for supporters in Spain and internationally. The first activation is already live under the slogan ‘hunger has brought us here’.
Emilio Butragueño, Real Madrid’s director of institutional relations and a club playing legend, said: “We are delighted with this alliance with a leading company in its sector with whom we share values such as leadership, teamwork, a drive for improvement, and the pursuit of excellence.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The agreement adds to Real Madrid’s commercial activity this season. In late September the club renewed its partnership with Sportfive, which continues as an authorised VIP ticketing partner for the Bernabéu.
Real Madrid’s main commercial partners include Adidas as kit supplier, Emirates as front-of-shirt sponsor and HP as sleeve sponsor.
Delivery companies have become regular sponsors in European football in recent seasons, with matchday and at-home viewing offering natural tie-ins for food ordering.
