Tottenham Hotspur Under-18 squad destroyed Fulham in a breathtaking opening half at Hotspur Way. Returning from a long international break, the young side picked up exactly where they left off, scoring four times in the first 31 minutes. The hosts came out flying to maintain a flawless record in Group G of the Under-18 Premier League Cup and look like genuine contenders for the trophy.

Boasting 36 goals in just seven games before this clash, the attacking unit went straight to work. Armend Muslika finished off a gorgeous team move involving captain Tyler Tingey, Conall Glancy, and Courtney Coffi Smith in just the second minute. Fulham managed to snatch an unexpected equaliser when Archie Taylor bundled in from a tricky dead ball situation. However, the home side completely ignored that setback and immediately punished the visitors with a devastating high press.
What followed was a ruthless six-minute spell that entirely buried the Cottagers. Muslika forced a foul inside the penalty area, allowing Oliver Boast to confidently convert the spot kick and restore the lead. Just three minutes later, Muslika stepped up to whip a stunning free kick right over the wall and into the near corner. To cap off the brutal attacking clinic, Coffi Smith cut inside onto his favoured left foot and curled a beautiful strike into the top corner for his very first goal at this level. Supported by the dangerous Joel Vidal Philbert on the wing, the Tottenham frontline simply overwhelmed the opposition defence.

Maintaining Defensive Composure To Secure Top Spot
The second period saw Fulham push hard to get back into the contest. Visiting goalkeeper Zack Brief had to be sharp to deny Boast on the counter-attack, while Tingey produced a brilliant sliding tackle at the other end to keep the visitors at bay.

Despite a sensational double save from Tottenham stopper Mikel Jack late in the game, Lewis Konadu Wall managed to poke home a consolation goal for the visitors. The Spurs defence then survived a disallowed offside goal deep into stoppage time to successfully secure all three points. Sitting proudly at the top of the group with six points, they now have qualification firmly in their own hands ahead of a final group-stage trip to Newcastle United on the seventh of November.
