Season Ticket Holders
If you haven't signed up to the Europa League Ticket Scheme, you can reserve your usual seat in your ticketing account until 3pm on Monday 12 October.
If you're signed up to the scheme, we've already taken payment for your seat. If that payment failed, we've emailed you. You can still buy your seat from the reservation section of your ticketing account until 3pm on Monday 12 October, but it is no longer guaranteed, so do it as soon as you can.
A small number of seats will be unavailable for our home Europa League fixtures due to UEFA rules. If yours is one of them, we'll contact you directly before general sale to make alternative arrangements.
Members' ballot
The Members' ballot has now closed. If you're successful, we take payment automatically from the card saved on your account, from 4pm on Monday 12 October. You don't need to do anything else.
If you're unsuccessful, we'll email you to let you know.
If the payment fails, we'll let you know, and you'll have 48 hours to update your card details. If you don't, you lose the ticket, and it is released to other supporters.
General sale
Any remaining tickets go on sale at 3pm on Tuesday 13 October. Check your details are up to date before the sale opens, then buy in your ticketing account.

Your ticket is a digital pass (NFC). Tickets will be available to download from your SAFC Ticketing account 24 hours before kick-off.
