**Whites unlucky at the Emirates:**

Gameweek 6 saw our defensive assets once again justify their popularity in FPL**. James Justin** (£4.5m) made it back-to-back returns with his goal against Arsenal, earning six points and ending the week as the highest-scoring player among the Leeds squad. Fellow defender **Gabriel Gudmundsson** (£4.5m) registered four points. The Sweden international assisted Justin’s goal and collected two appearance points for playing more than 60 minutes of the game.

**Tarik Muharemović** (£5.0m) once again met the threshold to register an additional two Defensive Contribution points. The Bosnian has now registered the extra returns in four of the six gameweeks to date. Muharemović has the most Defensive Contribution points in the United side so far this campaign.

Last week’s spotlight focus, **James Trafford** (£5.0m), also continued his 100 per cent record of earning save points in every fixture this season in the fixture at the Emirates.

**Player Spotlight: Dominic Calvert-Lewin (£6.0m)**

Ranking first for goal involvements among the Leeds team this campaign with three goals and one assist, Dominic Calvert-Lewin will be hoping to continue his solid start to the season in Gameweek 7. Owned by 22.6 per cent of FPL managers, the England international is the highest-owned Leeds player and the forward’s strong attacking numbers show why he is so popular.

The Whites’ number nine has taken 11 shots in the league so far, with 10 of those coming inside the box, seven being on target and having six big chances. He ranks first in the squad for all these metrics and averages a shot every 46.27 minutes. Calvert-Lewin has had the most touches in the opposition box of any Leeds player with 19 and is outperforming his expected goal involvements (xGI) figure of 3.21, with four goal involvements this term.

With one double-digit haul to his name already and having picked up four bonus points across the opening six games, the Englishman will be hopeful to add to his total tally of 24 points over the coming weeks.

**Best of the rest:**

One of the most in-form players this campaign, Brighton’s **Maxim De Cuyper** (£5.1m) amassed 15 points against Sunderland. That is the Belgian’s third double-digit haul in six games and has encouraged more than 277,000 managers to bring him into their teams ahead of Gameweek 7.

Everton’s **Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall** (£6.6m) was the third highest points scorer for the gameweek. The midfielder registered 13-points for his goal, an assist and three bonus points against Hull City.
