Racing Santander have assembled a promising group of young players as they look to maintain their status in La Liga this season, and Jorge Salinas is attracting attention from Juventus. The young defender has impressed with his performances and is emerging as a player several top clubs are keen to recruit.
The 19-year-old can operate as a centre back or left back, giving him versatility across the defensive line. He has performed well since the start of the season, and his progress has reportedly put him on the radar of clubs looking to invest in young talent.
Juventus identify Salinas as a transfer target

Salinas is among the young Spanish players attracting attention for their potential, with his performances suggesting he could have a bright future in the game. Although he is not yet playing for one of Spain’s biggest clubs, his development at Racing Santander has helped raise his profile.
Juventus believe he could become a valuable addition to their squad and are interested in bringing him to Turin if he leaves Racing. The Bianconeri are continuing to assess their options as they look to strengthen their team with players capable of developing into important first-team contributors.

Competition expected for the young defender
-------------------------------------------
Juventus reportedly view Salinas as an important name on their transfer shortlist and believe he has the qualities needed to make the step up to a bigger club. His ability to play in more than one defensive position could also make him an attractive option for a side seeking flexibility.
However, the Italian club are aware that they are not alone in tracking the teenager. Interest from other teams could make negotiations more complicated if Racing Santander decide to consider offers for their young defender.
For now, Salinas remains focused on his development at Racing, while Juventus continue to monitor his situation. If his progress continues, the coming transfer windows could provide an opportunity for the Bianconeri or another interested club to pursue a deal.
