Nick Woltemade scored his second Juventus goal as the sleeping giants recorded a comeback 2-1 victory over Celta Vigo. The Germany international scored both of his first goals for the Turin club in the Europa League as they currently sit sixth in the Serie A standings.

However, they have won their first two games in Europe, with Woltemade's close-range volley initiated the comeback. Former Eintracht Frankfurt striker Randal Kolo Muani scored the injury-time winner after replacing Kerim Alajbegovic, who joined Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer.

Woltemade is yet to start in Serie A, but he had a standout performance besides his goal on Thursday. Juventus will host second-placed Lazio in the marquee fixture of matchday 7 in Italy’s top-flight league. The Newcastle United loanee didn't play well in his first two international caps under the new Bundestrainer Jürgen Klopp.

Alongside Juventus and Bayer Leverkusen, there are eight more teams who won their first two games of the league phase in the Europa League. Marco Rose’s Bournemouth, who are yet to win a Premier League game, won their first-ever European game at Vitality Stadium, with two late goals in a 3-0 victory over Sturm Graz.

Meanwhile, the sought-after striker Dion Beljo scored an injury-time penalty-kick to seal Dinamo Zagreb’s narrow win over Anderlecht. The former Augsburg striker is on the radar of several top European clubs as he scored 51 goals since joining his hometown club at the start of last season.

Over at the Conference League, another German coach guided his team to three points as Brighton beat Lithuanian side Kauno Zalgiris 4-0. Fabian Hürzeler’s side have now won five consecutive games in all competitions.
