Randal Kolo Muani has struggled to find the back of the net for Juventus, but his lack of goals cannot be attributed to a shortage of effort. The French striker continues to work hard for the team, putting himself in difficult positions and trying to create opportunities, even though the results have not yet matched his commitment.
Despite his difficulties in front of goal, Kolo Muani remains an important member of the squad and continues to enjoy the backing of his manager. Juventus recognise the qualities he brings to the team, and there is still confidence that he can rediscover the form needed to make a difference in attack.
However, goals remain the main responsibility of any striker, and Kolo Muani will understand that he needs to become more clinical if he wants to retain his position as the leading forward for the Bianconeri. The club have made efforts to provide him with opportunities, but he has not converted enough of them so far.
Kolo Muani continues to work hard
The striker is often involved in the team’s attacking movements, chasing the ball, making runs and trying to position himself where he can receive passes. Nevertheless, there have been occasions when his teammates have failed to find him, limiting his chances of making an impact in the final third.
His contribution is therefore not simply measured by the number of goals he scores. His movement and willingness to work for the team remain valuable, even if Juventus need him to deliver more consistently in front of goal.
Stefano Pioli has also recognised the effort Kolo Muani puts into matches. The manager does not believe the striker is lacking commitment, and he feels the player needs support to overcome his current difficulties.

Pioli explains what the striker needs
Speaking via Football Italia, Pioli explained that Kolo Muani is working hard and suggested that confidence could help him rediscover his scoring touch.
“As long as he shows a willing attitude, Kolo Muani is working hard from what I can see, he’s just missing that decisive moment. You have to help him on a psychological level, being there for him and giving him confidence or putting him in different areas on the pitch: In short, basically what Spalletti is trying to do.”
Those comments underline the importance of patience and encouragement as Juventus try to get the best out of the Frenchman. Giving him confidence and adjusting his position could help him find better opportunities.
Ultimately, Kolo Muani must turn his hard work into goals, but the continued support of his manager should give him an opportunity to regain his confidence and become more effective in attack.
